Every property goes through two layers of verification before it is published: an initial check, then a legal check. Our team also reviews every listing before it appears on the site. A property that has not completed both layers and been approved by the review team does not appear on the platform.

It is the first stage of the review. We make sure the property's photos are valid and genuinely belong to the listed property, and that its basic information is correct.

The legality of the property's ownership document is reviewed, whether it is a green tapu, a shares tapu, a frugh, a final sale contract, a notary power of attorney or another document. We also make sure the property is free of any dispute. The ownership document type is clearly shown on every property page.

Yes. The platform does not publish any property before it completes the legal check and is approved by the review team.

Every property page shows the photos, neighbourhood, area, floor, finishing and features, as well as the ownership document type and verification status. Each property has its own “property number”: mention it when you contact us and we will give you the details of that exact property right away. If you wish, we can arrange an on-site viewing of the property.

On the properties page you can filter by:

• Listing type: sale or rent
• Property type: apartment, shop, land, villa, office and more
• City and neighbourhood, with more than one area at a time
• Price, area, number of rooms, finishing and features

You can also search by keyword or by property number, and sort the results by price.

Of course. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp and tell us what you are looking for: the area, budget, size and purpose. Our team will search for you among the available listings and with our partner offices.

You can also tap the “Tell us what you need” button on the home page, which opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message.

• If you are an owner: contact us on the main number or by WhatsApp. Our team will take the property’s details and photos from you, then both verification stages begin.
• If you are a real-estate office: contact us and we will open a dedicated account for you on the platform, where you add your properties, follow their status, and request price changes or mark them as sold. Every listing and every change is reviewed by our team before it appears on the site.

We do not ask you to upload any document. We only need:

• Property information: property type and listing type (sale or rent), city, neighbourhood and address, area, floor, number of rooms and bathrooms, finishing, features such as a lift, solar power or a balcony, and the price.
• Photos: clear photos of the property.
• Ownership document type: green tapu, shares tapu, frugh, final sale contract, notary power of attorney, temporary record or court order.

Every property follows the same path whatever its source: a review by our team, then an initial check, then a legal check, then publication. We write the listing headline and arrange the photos ourselves, so every listing is consistent and clear.

One property, one listing: the platform automatically checks every new property and compares it with existing properties of the same type in the same area, by:

• Area, price, number of rooms and bathrooms, floor, finishing and address
• Photos: the platform recognises the same photo even if it was compressed or resized, which is the strongest sign that a property is already listed

When the platform finds a resemblance, it shows both properties side by side to the review team, and the final decision always rests with the team. If the duplicate is confirmed, the earlier listing stays, the second one is rejected and its owner is told the reference number of the already-published property, so they can check for themselves that it is the same property.

Yes. Every property page has a “Contact via WhatsApp” button that sends us a ready-made message with the property number, as well as a call button. You deal with us directly, and we follow the process with you from the moment of agreement until handover.

You will be notified by email as soon as a matching property is published, and you can stop the alerts at any time. If you prefer, contact us directly and tell us what you need: the area, budget and size, and our team will search for you among the available listings and with our partner offices.

And when your search on the properties page finds no results, a “Tell us what you need” button lets you message us directly with a ready-made message.
